Welcome to Spaghetti Press! There are some house rules
for using our website and shopping with us.
We have tried to keep them clear, useful, and free of legal spaghetti.
By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree
to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree,
please do not use the website or complete a purchase.

2. Shopping with us
Our online shop is intended for adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
—or the age of legal majority where you live—and are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
Product availability
Pricing or product-description errors
Quantity limits
Payment problems
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Misuse of a promotion or discount
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected,
we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
3. Products and descriptions
We work hard to photograph and describe our products accurately. However, colors may appear
somewhat different depending on your screen, device, and settings.
Small differences in color, cutting, paper, printing, or packaging that fall
within normal production tolerances are not considered defects.
We may update products, packaging, pricing, descriptions, and availability without notice.
If we discover a material error affecting an order you have already placed,
we will contact you and provide an appropriate option.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts will be calculated or displayed during checkout.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available through our Squarespace checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized
to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.
5. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your address carefully before submitting an order.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed.
Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery after a package has shipped.
If we cannot ship your order within a promised timeframe, we will contact you with an
updated shipping date and any cancellation or refund option required by law.
The FTC requires online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping promises.
When an order cannot ship on time, the seller generally must obtain
the customer’s agreement to the delay or provide a prompt refund.
6. Returns, replacements, and refunds
All sales are final except when a product arrives damaged or defective,
an order is incorrect or incomplete, a package is lost in transit, or another remedy is required by law.

7. Artwork and intellectual property
All illustrations, designs, written content, photographs, product concepts, graphics, logos,
branding, packaging, website content, and other original materials created by or for Spaghetti Press
are owned by Spaghetti Press or used with permission.
They are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Buying a pack buys the pack—not the artwork.
Purchasing a Spaghetti Press product gives you ownership of the physical product you received.
It does not transfer any copyright, trademark, reproduction right, commercial license, or other intellectual-property right.
You may use the physical notes as intended, including placing them in lunchboxes, writing on them,
and giving individual notes to their intended recipients.
You may also photograph and share your purchased product for personal, noncommercial purposes,
including in an honest review, provided that you do not distribute a high-resolution
reproduction or printable version of the artwork.
Unless you have received our prior written permission, you may not:
Copy, scan, trace, redraw, reproduce, or republish our illustrations or designs
Distribute our artwork as digital files, downloads, templates, or printables
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
Create products, merchandise, packaging, advertising, or promotional materials using our artwork
Alter our artwork and present the altered version as your own
Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit our artwork
Use our materials to create competing or substantially similar products
Upload our artwork for dataset creation, machine-learning training, or generative-AI development
Authorize another person or company to do any of these things
This applies to individuals and businesses of every size.
Unauthorized use may result in removal requests, cease-and-desist demands,
claims for damages, and legal action seeking the remedies available under applicable law.
Requests to license or reproduce Spaghetti Press artwork must be made in writing to
hello@spaghettipress.com.
Permission is not granted unless you receive an express written agreement from us.

8. Acceptable website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
You may not:
Interfere with the website’s operation or security
Attempt to access restricted systems or information
Introduce malicious code
Use automated tools to scrape, extract, download, or reproduce website content
Impersonate another person
Submit false payment or contact information
Use the website to violate another person’s rights
Use our name, website, or content for unauthorized commercial purposes
We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary
to protect Spaghetti Press, our customers, or our service providers.
9. Third-party services
Our website, checkout, payment processing, shipping, and other functions may
be provided with the assistance of third parties, including Squarespace
and applicable payment and delivery providers.
Those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Spaghetti Press is not responsible
for the content or independent practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
10. Website availability
We try to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we cannot promise that it will always operate without interruption or error.
We may update, suspend, correct, or discontinue part of the website when reasonably necessary.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaghetti Press will not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of a product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaghetti Press’s total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed
the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights, warranties,
or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in New York,
except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when our products, website, services, or legal obligations change
The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Changes will apply going forward
and will not retroactively alter the terms governing a completed purchase unless permitted by law.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
